PE Teacher – KS3 & KS4 | Full-Time | Long-Term Role

Ongoing support throughout the placement

Choice Teachers are currently working with a highly regarded Grammar School in the Bacup & Rawtenstall area to recruit a full-time PE Teacher to teach KS3 & KS4.

This role is due to start in September 2026 and is expected to continue until Christmas 2026 in the first instance.

The school is seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic PE Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and positively contribute to the wider school environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected school with a strong reputation within the local community.

The successful PE Teacher will:

• Hold QTS status
• ECTs are welcome to apply
• Deliver engaging PE lessons across KS3 & KS4
• Be committed to supporting pupils’ progress and development
• Have strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Be willing to contribute to the wider school community
