Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

✅ We are looking for someone who has:
-
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

Previous experience working in a nursery setting

Leadership experience or aspirations to take on a Room Leader role

A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete one)

A caring, positive, and professional approach to working with children
-
Passion for supporting children’s development in a safe, nurturing environment

Ability to create a stimulating and engaging environment for children aged 0-5
As Room Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a group of young children, managing the daily operations of the room, and providing guidance and support to fellow staff members. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the children’s early years experience and ensuring that they thrive in a stimulating environment.
