Mandatory Requirement
Important: To be considered for this leadership role, you must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification or higher. Please note: Applications without a Level 3 qualification will not be progressed for this specific senior position.
The Role: Lead, Inspire, Play
As the Room Leader, you will be the heartbeat of the classroom:
- Lead a Team: Mentor your assistants and apprentices, fostering a positive, “can-do” culture.
- Creative Freedom: Lead the implementation of the EYFS with messy play, outdoor adventures, and activities that spark children’s curiosity.
- Parent Partnerships: Build strong relationships with families to keep them connected to their child’s development.
- Safety & Excellence: Ensure your room remains a safe, happy, and high-standard environment at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Energy: Someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, get messy, and lead by example.
- Knowledge: A solid grasp of the EYFS, Safeguarding protocols, and Ofsted requirements.
