We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Watford. This role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available, and the possibility of either a permanent or contract position.
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 0–5. You will help plan and deliver engaging activities, foster a safe and nurturing environment, and support each child to reach their full potential.
We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Have experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.

Are passionate about child development and providing high-quality care.

Are reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work well within a team.

Can adapt to the needs of children and support their learning through play.
