Nursery Nurse Level 3 / Room Leader – Full-Time – Shefford
We are currently recruiting a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to step into a Room Leader position at a welcoming, supportive nursery in Shefford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their early years career and take on a leadership role, supporting the development and wellbeing of young children in a vibrant, nurturing environment.

Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

✅ Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience working in a nursery setting

Leadership qualities or experience in a Room Leader role

A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete one)

A caring, positive, and professional approach
