Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality childcare and education in a safe and stimulating environment.

Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities in line with the EYFS.

Act as a key person for a small group of children, monitoring their development and well-being.

Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers.

Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
Requirements:

Must hold a full and relevant Level 2, Level 3, or higher qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).

A genuine passion for early years education and child development.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

A proactive, “can-do” attitude to support this expanding setting.
