We are looking to recruit a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in the St. Helens area – starting as soon as possible! Whether it concrete, long-term work you’re looking for? Or flexable, supply work instead? We can help with either!
We have a wide range of Primary school’s & nurseries in the area, who often comes to us daily/ weekly with different requirement (1:1/ general TA work). Ideally, you would hold a Level 2/ 3 (or higher!) Teaching Assistant certificate, and have previous experience in either schools or nurseries.
You must be able demonstrate your confidence, and you must be self-motivated/ have a “can do” attitude.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a committed, adaptable and caring professional, passionate about delivering high quality support and providing an inspirational approach to learning
- Can demonstrate the creativity, resilience and interpersonal skills to complement our highly effective team
- Is an effective team player and willing to be fully involved in the life of the school.
- Having a Paediatric First Aid qualification would be an advantage
The successful candidate must have:
- DBS Certificate on the update service or we can arrange to process one for you
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- 2 professional references
- Has qualification passes in English and Maths or equivalent
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher (However, even those without TA certificates should apply, as we may have other roles available…)
