Learning Support Assistants – Primary Schools
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Choice Teachers are looking to appoint enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to work within a local Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s education and eager to make a positive impact in the classroom.
The Role:

Supporting pupils in lessons to help them access learning and reach their potential.

Working closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted support and interventions.

Encouraging positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Providing one-to-one and small group support, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
We are looking for someone who:

Has a genuine interest in working with children in a primary setting.

Is patient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships.

Can work effectively as part of a team.

Has previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential).
