Learning Support Assistant – Hemel Hempstead – January 2026 Start
Rate: £90–£110 per day
Choice Teachers are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students in a friendly and inclusive school in Hemel Hempstead starting January 2026. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:

Supporting students with learning needs in and out of the classroom

Working closely with teachers to provide tailored support

Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment

Encouraging independence and confidence in students
Requirements:

Previous experience in a school or support role (preferred but not essential)

A patient, caring, and proactive approach

Strong communication skills

Willingness to work as part of a supportive team
