Salary: Main Pay Scale (M1 – M6): £31,650 – £43,607 (dependent on experience)

A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Stevenage is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a permanent position offering flexibility for the right candidate—full-time preferred, but 0.8 FTE will be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Using effective assessment strategies to support and challenge all learners

Contributing to the wider life of the school, including enrichment and after-school activities

Working closely with colleagues and parents to foster positive outcomes

Creating an inclusive learning environment that supports pupils with varying needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

QTS and recent experience in a Key Stage 2 classroom

A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies

High expectations for learning, behaviour, and pupil achievement

A flexible, reflective approach to teaching and professional development

An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one
