ICT Teacher Role in Oldham

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Create engaging and innovative lesson plans that inspire all students, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Cultivate a culture of teamwork by supporting and guiding colleagues to achieve departmental and school-wide goals.
  • Driving Excellence: Deliver high-quality teaching and lead initiatives to improve student achievement and progress.
  • Innovation & Engagement: Implement creative teaching strategies to foster sustained academic success and student engagement.

About You

We are seeking a dedicated team player with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience in teaching ICT up to GCSE level.
  • Strong skills in coaching and motivating staff to meet goals.
  • A track record of enhancing student attainment and progress.
  • A passion for inclusive and high-quality education.
