What You’ll Do:

Supervise classes and deliver pre-planned lesson materials in the teacher’s absence

Keep students on track with their learning, offering guidance and encouragement

Manage classroom behaviour with confidence and professionalism

Support students of all abilities, including those with additional needs

Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:

A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a keen interest in education

Experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, tutoring, sports coaching, or volunteering)

Strong communication skills and classroom presence

Confidence in behaviour management and interpersonal interaction

A proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to adapt quickly

Access to a car is essential, due to the varied school locations

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
