What You’ll Do

Supervise classes and deliver pre-planned lesson materials in the teacher’s absence

Keep students on track with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement

Manage classroom behaviour with confidence and positivity

Support students of all abilities, including those with additional needs

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere for learning
✅ What We’re Looking For

A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a keen interest in education

Experience working with young people (in school, tutoring, coaching, or volunteering)

Strong communication and classroom presence

Excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills

A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to think on your feet

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
