We are recruiting on behalf of a partner school in Willesden for a Female Physical Education Teacher to cover maternity leave. This role is set to commence in February 2024 and offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students in their physical education journey.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons, encourage student engagement, and foster a love for fitness and teamwork. The ability to teach a second subject is desirable, and participation in extra-curricular activities is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and impactful Physical Education lessons.
- Inspire and motivate students to excel in their learning and personal development.
- Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular sports and physical activities program.
- Act as a supportive and proactive form tutor.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A genuine passion for teaching Physical Education and promoting student well-being.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a commitment to collaborative working.
- The ability to offer a second subject is advantageous.
- Suitable for both Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and experienced professionals.
