We are currently seeking experienced, proactive Teaching Assistants (Level 3) with strong SEN experience, capable of supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as within the wider classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 SEN support to pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASD, ADHD, Learning Difficulties).

Assist the class teacher in delivering structured learning activities.

Adapt and differentiate tasks to ensure inclusion and engagement.

Support with behaviour regulation and encourage positive learning routines.

Build strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Promote independence, confidence, and progress throughout the school day.

Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold professional conduct at all times.
Key Skills & Requirements
-
Must have SEN experience (1:1 or small-group).

UK classroom experience is essential (primary or secondary).

Ability to challenge, motivate, and support SEN learners appropriately.

Strong communication and behaviour-support skills.
-
Proactive, reliable, and confident working with diverse needs.
-
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Relevant qualification in Teaching & Learning (L2/L3) desirable.
