We are seeking committed Level 2 Teaching Assistants (CACHE or equivalent) to support learning across Primary and Secondary settings. SEN experience is desirable, and UK classroom experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured learning activities.

Assist with group work and individual pupil support across the classroom.

Help differentiate learning tasks to meet individual needs.

Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and participation.

Support behaviour management strategies and promote a positive learning environment.

Provide pastoral support and contribute to student well-being.

Uphold safeguarding standards and follow school policies consistently.
Key Skills & Requirements

CACHE Level 2 in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).

UK classroom experience is essential.

SEN experience desirable (1:1 or small group).

Ability to support a range of learners and adapt to differing needs.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Proactive, supportive, and committed to pupil progress.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
