Choice Teachers is working with a thriving secondary school in Camden, conveniently located near an underground station on the Northern Line. The school serves students aged 11-18, with a population of over 1,000 pupils, providing a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons for students aged 11-18 (KS3-KS5).
Inspire students by developing their confidence, communication skills, and creativity.
Organise and lead school productions, performances, and drama-related extracurricular activities.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the performing arts curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages participation.
Requirements:
Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.
PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an Overseas Teaching Qualification (if applicable).
Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting.
Strong communication skills with a passion for inspiring students.
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students of all abilities.
