Are you a passionate and experienced early years leader looking for your next challenge? An outstanding early years setting in Luton is seeking a Deputy Manager or Manager to lead a dedicated team and make a real difference to children’s learning and development.
About the Role:

Lead and inspire a team of nursery practitioners

Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with EYFS

Implement and maintain policies and procedures to meet Ofsted standards

Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community
What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in an early years setting

Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills

A genuine passion for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children
