Supply Teacher
Location: Bedfordand surronding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with pre-set plans across different subjects and Key Stages
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs and maintain a productive learning environment.
- Foster positive classroom management and uphold school behaviour policies.
- Provide feedback on student progress and collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity in students’ education.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
- Strong adaptability and a commitment to student engagement across multiple subjects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working as a teacher in a school setting
- Knowledge of the national curriculum
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
Working Conditions:
The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The work will be conducted in a school setting, interacting with students, parents, and colleagues daily.
