Cover Supervisor – Potten End

Choice Teachers is working with a local Primary school who are in need of support with covering absent teachers. The role would be on a supply basis. Job Duties:
- Supervising and managing classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
- Following the school’s policies and procedures
- Supporting students with their learning and ensuring a positive classroom environment
- Dealing with any immediate issues or emergencies that may arise
- Providing feedback to regular teachers about students’ progress
Required Qualifications:
- Degree
- Experience working with children
- Teaching Assistant Qualification
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach
- Punctual and reliable
- Inspirational and able to use initiative
- Passionate about supporting students’ learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional teaching qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
Working Conditions:
- Full-time hours
- Contract basis
