Cover Supervisors – Rainham, East London
Pay: £90–£120 per day (dependent on experience)

Choice Teachers are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Cover Supervisors to work with our partner secondary schools in Rainham and the surrounding East London areas.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Ensure students remain on task and complete set learning activities
- Follow school policies and provide feedback to teaching staff where required
- Support the wider school community when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communication skills and a strong classroom presence
- Ability to manage behaviour and engage learners effectively
- Previous school-based experience is beneficial but not essential
- A genuine interest in supporting and motivating young people
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
