Cover Supervisor – Wandsworth
Choice Teachers are seeking confident and reliable individuals to support a range of Secondary Schools across the Wandsworth area. This flexible role is ideal for anyone interested in working in education, whether you are a graduate, experienced classroom practitioner, teaching assistant, sports coach, youth worker, or someone with strong behaviour management skills looking to work with young people.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, deliver pre-set work, maintain a positive learning environment, and manage behaviour effectively to ensure lessons run smoothly. Those who excel often progress to long-term roles, additional responsibilities, or future teacher training pathways.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong behaviour management and confidence working with secondary-aged pupils

Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals

Experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, etc.)

Ability to follow lesson plans and keep students engaged

Willingness to support the school in various tasks

Full 10 year CV history with references covering the last two years of employment/education

Willingness to complete a DBS check
