Cover Supervisor Opportunities – Bolton (Immediate Start)

Choice Teachers are seeking motivated and reliable Cover Supervisors to support our network of secondary schools across Bolton for the 2025–26 academic year.

Whether you’re looking for flexible day-to-day work or a more regular placement, we can offer roles to fit around your schedule. These positions are perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, teaching assistants, or anyone with classroom experience who enjoys working with young people.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Lead full classes using pre-prepared lesson materials
Maintain positive behaviour and keep students on task
Support pupils in their learning and create an engaging classroom environment
Adapt confidently across different subjects and year groups

What We’re Looking For

Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
Good behaviour management and a calm, professional manner
Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references and the right to work in the UK
