About the Role
We are seeking a committed Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across the Bradford (BD1–BD10) area. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching, learning behaviour, and pupil outcomes across a range of subjects.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise classes and deliver pre-set work in the absence of the teacher

Maintain a positive classroom environment and uphold school routines

Support students’ engagement and behaviour for learning

Work collaboratively with department and pastoral teams

Follow safeguarding policies and promote student well-being
Requirements

Experience working in a UK classroom setting

A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

QTS/QTLS desirable but not essential
