We are seeking a proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our busy agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, recent graduates, or experienced education professionals who are passionate about supporting students’ learning.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure classroom behaviour is managed effectively

Support students in staying on task and engaging with learning

Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
What We’re Looking For:

Strong classroom presence and confidence managing behaviour
-
Experience working with young people (in schools, youth groups, sports coaching, tutoring etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
