Cover Supervisor – Flexible Work with Choice Teachers

£90 – £120 per day
Choice Teachers are looking for flexible and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Abbey Wood and nearby areas. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy variety and are happy to travel to different schools at short notice.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absence.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and keep pupils on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide brief feedback to teaching staff.
Requirements:
- Able to travel to multiple schools in Abbey Wood and surrounding areas.
- Comfortable receiving morning calls for same-day bookings.
- Confident and professional with strong classroom presence.
- DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one through us).
- Able to provide strong professional references.
- Previous school experience is desirable but not essential — training can be provided.
