About the Role
Choice Teachers are seeking confident, proactive, and dedicated Cover Supervisors to work within our partner secondary schools across Bradford and the surrounding area.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with classroom experience and strong behaviour management skills who are passionate about supporting students’ learning across a broad range of subjects.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will maintain engagement in lessons, supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, and ensure a structured, positive learning environment throughout the school day.

Demonstrate a strong classroom presence that mirrors that of a qualified teacher.

Communicate effectively with students and staff, with a high standard of spoken and written English.

Cover a range of subjects, not limited to a single specialism.

Drive or live locally, with easy access to secondary schools in the Bradford area.

Requirements

Proven classroom experience (minimum 3–6 months)

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

Excellent standard of English

Ability to supervise lessons across multiple subjects

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
