About the Role:
Choice Teachers is excited to announce an opportunity for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in the South West London area, specifically around Wandsworth, Wimbledon and Merton. This is an ideal role for individuals who possess a confident attitude and a passion for education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the chance to support students and facilitate their learning in the absence of a regular teacher. You will be responsible for overseeing lessons, keeping students engaged, and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and deliver lesson materials in the absence of the teacher.

Ensure students stay on task and remain engaged in their work throughout the lesson.

Provide assistance and support to students as needed during lessons.

Foster a positive and productive learning environment.

Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a focused and respectful atmosphere.
Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in a classroom setting or managing groups of students.

A strong understanding of classroom dynamics and how students learn.
- Brilliant behaviour management skills

A genuine passion for supporting students and contributing to their educational journey.

A commitment to promoting an inclusive environment, especially for students with additional learning needs.

An enhanced DBS certificate.
