We are partnering with several secondary schools in Biggleswade and the surrounding areas, seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors for temporary supply positions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Confidence in managing a classroom and keeping students focused.
- A willingness to support students’ learning.
- Ability to deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, confidence, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- A full, clean driving license is preferred but not essential.
Requirements:
- Educated to A-level or Degree level.
- A DBS certificate registered on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Two professional references.
- Right to work in the UK.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a varied and rewarding role. You’ll supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay engaged and managing behavior according to school policies. Additionally, you will assist students across multiple subjects, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Work hours are based on school schedules and may include extended periods of standing and light physical activity.
