Choice Teachers are working with a secondary school in Bolton seeking a full-time Computing Teacher to work 5 days per week from after the Easter break until Summer.
This role is primarily teaching KS3 Computing and includes full planning and marking responsibilities. Applications are welcome from QTS, ECTs, FE-trained and non-QTS candidates with strong Computing or IT experience.
The Role

Teach KS3 Computing, possibly KS4

Full planning, preparation and marking responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons in computing, digital skills and online safety

Manage classroom behaviour and build positive relationships
The Candidate
-
QTS or PGCE preferred
-
ECTs, FE lecturers and non-QTS candidates encouraged to apply

Strong subject knowledge in Computing / IT

Confident classroom management and ability to engage mixed-ability learners
Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
