Business Lecturer – Further Education College (St Albans)

A Further Education college in St Albans is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Lecturer to join their team on an ongoing basis, starting as soon as possible.
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Business lessons across FE levels (e.g. BTEC / A-Level / vocational pathways)
- Plan, prepare and assess learners’ work in line with awarding body requirements
- Support students’ academic and professional development
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management
Requirements:
- Experience teaching Business within an FE or secondary setting
- Relevant qualification in Business (teaching qualification desirable but not always essential)
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to commit to an ongoing role
