Biology Teacher – Secondary School, Hertford

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Biology Teacher to join our partnering secondary school in Hertford from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and contribute to a dynamic science department.
About the Role:
- Teach Biology across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially A-Level
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that spark curiosity and enthusiasm for the subject
- Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement
- Work collaboratively within the science faculty to enhance the curriculum and share best practices
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and science-related enrichment programs
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Biology or a related subject
- Experience teaching Biology at secondary level (KS4 required, KS5 desirable)
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- Strong classroom management and the ability to inspire students of all abilities
- A team player who is keen to contribute to the wider school community
