Position: Art Teacher
Location: St Neots
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (until the end of the academic year, with potential for extension)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an inspiring and passionate Art Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school community in St Neots. This role is available until the end of the academic year, with the opportunity to impress and secure a position for September and beyond.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons across the secondary age range. You will play a key role in fostering students’ love for art, helping them develop their skills and confidence in expressing themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons that inspire creativity and achievement.

  • Assess and track student progress in line with school policies.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular art activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching art at secondary school level (KS3 and KS4).

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for art.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
