✅ Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)

Previous experience in a nursery setting

A passion for working with children and supporting their development

Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
